His deep understanding of the building industry in New Zealand derives from many years in the commercial construction sector, then transitioning into high end residential custom homes. This experience enables him to execute small to large scale projects with immeasurable detail and ease.
Cameron is dedicated to fostering an environment where craftsmanship and customer satisfaction go hand-in-hand, always welcoming new ideas and embracing the unique challenges that each project presents. With Cameron at the lead, CJS Carpenters is more than just a business; it's a community of skilled artisans dedicated to making your carpentry dreams a reality. Outside of work, Cameron is usually busy with projects around home, spending quality time with his family or mountain biking at the local bike park.
Mitch Davis

Mitch Davis leads our team with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence. As the foreman at CJS Carpenters, Mitch oversees each project from start to finish, ensuring that our standards of quality are met with precision. He believes that strong communication and a collaborative approach are key to successful builds, fostering a work environment where ideas and expertise are shared and appreciated. Mitch's dedication to craftsmanship is evident in every project, big or small, making him an invaluable asset to our team and clients alike. Outside of work, you’ll often find Mitch behind the wheel of his 4WD, tackling off-road tracks and enjoying the challenge of a good adventure.
Angus McKnight
Carpenter
Angus is our talented carpenter, known for his attention to detail and solid work ethic. He brings a steady hand and a great attitude to every project, whether it's a new build, a renovation, or something a bit out of the ordinary. Angus is all about quality and takes pride in his craftsmanship. He’s a real team player and always happy to lend a hand or share his knowledge on site. When he’s not on the tools, you’ll probably find him playing cricket, enjoying the great outdoors or working on a project of his own.
